Bus La Paz - Copacabana + Hotel pick up (center)

The trip from La Paz to Copacabana will begin with hotel pickups between 7:00 and 7:45 a.m. This will depend on the location of your accommodation (downtown only). A medium-sized vehicle will transfer you to the bus station. You will then check in with the company and board the bus at 8:00 a.m. This bus will take approximately 4 hours to reach your destination. During the journey, we have a stop where we must get off the bus due to the existence of the Strait of Tiquina, which must be crossed by small boats. The bus will then transfer to a larger one without passengers. The crossing time by boat is 15 to 25 minutes. Here, you must be attentive to the arrival of the bus, since the passenger boat arrives more quickly. Afterwards, we will return to the same bus to continue the journey until we reach the town of Copacabana at noon.

Tourist Bus from La Paz:

• In the morning between 7:00 and 7:45, we will pick you up from your hotel if you are located in the city center. The bus departs at 8:00 am.

Public Bus from La Paz:

• In the morning between 10:00 am and 12:00 pm, we will pick you up from your hotel if you are located in the city center. Advance notice is required.
• In the afternoon between 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm, we will pick you up from your hotel if you are located in the city center. Advance notice is required.
